CTS EVENTIM: record results in 2024 – continued dynamic growth thanks to a strong fourth quarter

Munich, 18 February 2025 – According to the preliminary results, CTS EVENTIM AG & Co. KGaA continued to deliver dynamic growth across all business segments in 2024. The very strong fourth quarter of 2024 ensured that the Group achieved new record levels of revenue and earnings.

Consolidated revenue rose by 19,1% year on year to EUR 2.809 billion (previous year: EUR 2.359 billion). Both the Ticketing segment and the Live Entertainment segment drove this powerful growth.

The Group’s adjusted EBITDA came to EUR 542.2 million in 2024, compared with EUR 444.8 million in the previous year. This represents a significant increase of 21.9%.

In the Ticketing segment, revenue rose by 22.7% to EUR 879.9 million in 2024 (previous year: EUR 717.3 million). Adjusted EBITDA amounted to EUR 416.5 million (previous year: EUR 343.9 million), a significant increase of 21.1%.

In the Live Entertainment segment, revenue climbed by 17.6% to EUR 1.971 billion (previous year: EUR 1.677 billion). Adjusted EBITDA increased significantly in this segment too, advancing by 24.4% to EUR 125.6 million (previous year: EUR 101.0 million).
