Amsterdam / Munich, 6. March 2014. Stage Entertainment Group and CTS Eventim AG have executed agreements on the take-over of three ticketing companies and exclusive ticketing contracts for Europe and Russia in Amsterdam today. CTS Eventim acquires from Stage Entertainment group their ticketing companies in Spain, the Netherlands and France. These include See Tickets Entradas SA seated in Madrid and See Tickets Nederland BV seated in Amsterdam. Both are among the market
leaders in their respective countries, and in addition to Stage Entertainment musicals also offer tickets for various concerts, sports and other events. At the same time, CTS
Eventim also acquires Top Tickets France SAS seated in Paris, and takes over the ticket sales for Stage Entertainment in Russia, where the group is successfully operating two theatres. Stage Entertainment is a leading musical show producer and promoter in the world and has been relying exclusively on CTS Eventim in Germany for more than three years.
